How do I cancel/change my order?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If an order has been placed, we will do our best to make any changes or cancellations necessary, however, once an order has been processed it cannot be changed or canceled into customer receives package. Once package is received, customer will need to call customer service number for exchanges or returns.

What do I do if there is an item missing from my order?

We strive for happy customers, if there is an item missing from your order, give us a call as soon as possible.

I did not receive a confirmation email for my order. Where is it?

We are here to help you through any confusions.

What is your Return Policy?

To request a refund please call (888) 292-6635 for a return address. If no service agent is available, please leave a voice with your order number, name and call back information.

Please ship back returned items using UPS, USPS, or FedEx since you will need to provide tracking number to PayPal.

Please file a claim for a refund through Paypal. You will need to provide tracking information for returned items to file claim via PayPal. Once shipment was returned, Paypal will issue the refund.

Exclusions for Returns or Refunds:

• Baker’s Buddy is not responsible for items lost while in transit.

• We are unable to accept damaged or defective items after a 30-day period from the time of delivery.

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

• Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
